    Sastojci:

    • 1 kašika sveže narendanog đumbira (ili 1 kašičica đumbira u prahu)
    • 1 kašika kvalitetnog karija u prahu (blagog ili ljutog, po ukusu)
    • 1 kašičica kurkume u prahu
    • 1 konzerva (400g) leblebija, ispranih i oceđenih
    • 1 konzerva (400ml) punomasnog kokosovog mleka
    • 2 kašike paradajz pirea
    • 100g svežeg spanaća (otprilike 2 velike šake)
    • So i sveže mleveni crni biber, po ukusu
    • Za serviranje (opciono): kuvani basmati pirinač ili kinoa, svež korijander, kriške limete.

    Uputstva:

    1. Pripremite osnovu: U većem loncu ili dubljem tiganju zagrejte maslinovo ulje na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte sitno iseckan crni luk i dinstajte 3-4 minuta, dok ne postane staklast i mekan.
    2. Dodajte arome: Ubacite beli luk i đumbir, pa dinstajte još oko 1 minut, dok ne zamirišu. Pazite da beli luk ne zagori.
    3. Začinite: Dodajte kari u prahu i kurkumu. Mešajte i pržite začine oko 30 sekundi do 1 minut, dok ne otpuste svoje arome. Ovaj korak je ključan za bogat ukus karija!
